Alpha Innotech makes board changes

Chris van Ingen and Shahram Hejazi have replaced James Chamberlain and Gus Davis on Alpha Innotech's board of directors. Mr van Ingen retired as president of Agilent's bio-analytical measurement business in 2007 and has served as consultant to San Leandro, California-based Alpha Innotech since 2008. Dr Hejazi is executive-in-residence at BioAdvance, a venture capitalist focused on life sciences, diagnostics and biopharma. Previously he was president of Carestream Health's molecular imaging business. Alpha Innotech provides gel imaging systems for drug discovery and life science research.
