The Global Harmonization Task Force's study group 5, which focuses on evidence of clinical safety and performance of medical devices, has published as final documents N2R8:2007 Clinical Evaluation and N1R8:2007 Clinical Evidence - Key definitions and concepts. The two documents were posted on the GHTF website on June 29.
