Executive Summary
The UK's Office of Science and Technology (OST) International is inviting industry to comment on the EU's R&D Framework Programme. The consultation will be used to develop a position paper to respond to the Commission's own consultation, ahead of its seventh funding round (FP7), covering the period 2006-2010/11. The Euros19bn ($23.6bn) programme is worth some Euros0.5bn per year to UK participants. The results of the UK's consultation, which closes on July 26, will be published next week on the OST website.
