LifePoint, the Ontario, California developer of drug and alcohol testing systems, has signed an agreement with Sydney- and Brisbane-based Pacific Data Systems (PDS) for the distribution of its Impact test system in Australia. The three principal markets for the drug screening device - law enforcement, industrial workplace and medical emergency room - present an opportunity worth over US$1.6bn in total, says LifePoint.
