Executive Summary
ADAC Laboratories is to discontinue its digital subtraction angiography business due to steadily declining revenues as well as stopping development of its LabStat information product. The discontinuation of the DSA business will result in a one-off charge of $3.5 million, while the company's laboratory information system product will cost $12.9 million. The company believes the two actions will improve its future earnings potential.
