DBV Technologies, a French company developing transdermal drug delivery systems for treating food allergies, has appointed Veronique Foutel chief strategic marketing officer. Prior to joining the Bagneux-based company Ms Foutel worked in the pharmaceutical division of Roche in Western Europe, North America, and at its headquarters in Switzerland. DBV's development program for its lead product Viaskin Peanut, received fast-track designation from the US FDA and is currently in Phase II studies.
