Will meet June 28-29 to discuss the possible relationship of alcohol-containing mouthwashes to the development of oral and pharyngeal cancers, according to a May 20 Federal Register notice. The subcommittee is also scheduled to begin discussion of "general guidelines for determining the safety and effectiveness of antiplaque and antiplaque-related drug products."
