Exemptions by class rather than by product from specific requirements in FDA's OTC labeling rule is suggested by the Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association. VP-Legal and General Counsel Thomas Donegan made the request at an OTC "feedback" meeting with FDA April 23.
