AHA DELIVERY SYSTEMS PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN PRODUCT EFFICACY, Thomas Stephens, president of Carrollton, Tex.-based testing clinic Stephens & Associates said at the First International Symposium on Cosmetic Efficacy in New York City April 27-29. Stephens' observations were based on data compiled following two-and-a-half years of alpha hydroxy acid efficacy research. His presentation included a comparison of three separate studies, each testing a different national brand moisturizer.
