RENAISSANCE COSMETICS TO REPACKAGE DREAMS BY TABU WOMEN'S SCENT BY OCT. 1, following the April 30 settlement of a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by the San Francisco-based clothier, The Gap, for its women's fragrance dream. According to the settlement, the new packaging for the women's scent will feature the name -- Dreams by Tabu -- in upper-case letters of equal typeface, color and prominence, compared to the original packaging, which showed the brand name "Dreams" in lower-case lettering.
