LANCASTER COOL WATER MEN's SCENT AD/PROMO SPEND WILL TOTAL $11 MIL. in 1997, an 8% increase over 1996 spending, the company said. The men's scent, which bowed in the U.S. in 1991, will be supported by a national print and TV advertising campaign during the second half of 1997. The TV spot will break in June in time for Father's Day. In Europe, a print and TV campaign will launch in the first half.
