Anastasia Ayala to senior VP Rimmel Global and Cutex Europe. Ayala will manage a new international department to drive expansion of the Rimmel cosmetic brand worldwide as part of broader strategy to strengthen existing brands. Ayala will oversee advertising, marketing, product development, creative and design management and market research. She has worked for Coty for the past four years, three of them with the Rimmel brand.
