Helena Rubinstein plans to rejuvenate its brand image in the eyes of younger consumers with the debut of Art of Spa, a seven-SKU body care line. Targeted to women ages 22-35, the line will attract slightly younger customers while also appealing to an older audience, the L'Oreal division said.
