Executive Summary
California Office of Environmental Health Hazard and Safety Assessment is soliciting comments on amendments to the Prop 65 Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, the agency says in a 1Feb. 1 notice of proposed rulemaking. Comments are due by March 18, when a public hearing will be held in Sacramento, Calif.
