Executive Summary
California Air Resources Board expected to adopt proposed volatile organic compound emission fee regulation during a July 25 board meeting, CARB staff announces in a Consumer Products Fee Regulation Workshop held June 24 in Sacramento. CARB expects changes could be made to the regulation during board approval process. Adopted rule would be made available to the public for a 15-day comment period, likely in September.
