Report cites hair dyes as an example in which a study linking the products to bladder cancer triggered review of 100 ingredients that had been marketed in the EU without restrictions. Commission estimates SCCNFP evaluates 20-40 hair dye ingredients a year, as well as six to 10 preservatives and a similar number of UV filters...
