Procter & Gamble President of Professional Care Carsten Fischer has joined Shiseido as a corporate advisor for the international businesses, effective Oct. 1, Japanese beauty company announces. Fischer joined P&G following its acquisition of the Wella Group in 2004, where he served as president of Wella Japan and exec VP for the Asia-Pacific region.
