Wal-Mart announces March 30 that it is expanding the role of Vice Chairman John Menzer to include the additional responsibilities of chief administrative officer. The new title will "enable John to take a more active role in global procurement," President and CEO Lee Scott says. Separately, the company announced that president and CEO of Wal-Mart Stores USA, Eduardo Castro-Wright, will now report to directly to Scott, having previously reported to Menzer.
