Genzyme and Pharming (therapeutic proteins) have licensed exclusive worldwide rights to Synpac's Pompase, an enzyme replacement therapy for the genetic disorder Pompe disease. Pharming and Genzyme will be equal partners in the alliance and share research funding and marketing rights.
