Dynacare (clinical lab testing services company headquartered in Ontario) completed its initial public offering of 5mm shares at $10. It was a disappointing transaction, as the company had registered last month hoping to sell 7mm shares at $13-15. PaineWebber, listed among the underwriters on the red herring, did not appear on the final prospectus.
