Executive Summary
Biovail (drug delivery technologies) and GlaxoSmithKline have entered into multiple agreements. Biovail licensed exclusive US and Puerto Rican rights to sell GSK's topical antiviral Zovirax products. GSK licensed worldwide marketing rights to Biovail's once-daily formulation of the antidepressant bupropion hydrochloride.
