Executive Summary
Millennium Pharmaceuticals (predictive medicine products) has exclusively licensed worldwide rights to Targeted Diagnostics & Therapeutics' (cancer) patents pertaining to the guanylyl cyclase C (GC-C) protein and its related heat-stable enterotoxin peptide (ST). Millennium will use the IP to develop toxin and antibody-based metastatic colorectal cancer therapeutics.
