Executive Summary
Medivance (therapeutic temperature management) has completed a $16mm Series B private placement to lead investors Cross Atlantic Partners and Camden Partners. Existing investors Skyline Ventures, Partisan Management Group, and Kimberly Clark Ventures also took part in the financing. New investors included CSFB Private Equity, New England Venture Partners, and Nikko Synergy Ventures. The company surpassed its original goal of $10mm.
