Executive Summary
Reliant Pharmaceuticals and Biovail have entered into a three-year agreement that extends the deal the two companies signed last month to co-promote Biovail's Teveten, Cedax, and Rondec. The new arrangement adds Biovail's Teveten HCT and its newest product Cardizem XL.
