Executive Summary
Barr Laboratories (generic and proprietary pharmaceuticals) will acquire three Wyeth pharmaceutical products marketed in the US, plus a nontransferable option to acquire the US marketed female health product Aygestin. Barr will also develop Wyeth's Phase II progestin candidate, which it will market in the US as an oral contraceptive.
