Executive Summary
Orthofix International (broad line of orthopedics products) has signed an agreement to acquire the private orthopedics firm Breg Inc. (postoperative reconstruction and rehab) for $150mm. It will pay part of the total in common stock (valued at $27.8mm); the balance will come from cash on hand plus $110mm of debt.
