For cash and equity, Celsion (focused heat therapy to treat cancer and other diseases) licensed Boston Scientific exclusive worldwide marketing rights (except for certain Asian and Central and South American countries) to its Microfocus BPH800 Urethroplasty system to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The companies will share sales income.
