Fuso Pharmaceutical (diagnostics and injectable drugs) received rights to continue distributing diagnostics company i-Stat's i-Stat blood analysis system in Japan on a nonexclusive basis through 2003, then exclusively in that territory from 2004-2008 (subject to the achievement of certain sales-related milestones).
