Executive Summary
Evolutec Ltd. (developing therapeutics from tick saliva) has completed its initial public offering and is now floating on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The company netted £5.1mm ($9.4mm) through the sale of 4.56mm shares priced at 125p each. Isis Management, a principal shareholder, invested £1.8mm and the company's directors put in £217,500 as part of the offering.
