Executive Summary
BioMarin licensed Alliant Pharmaceuticals (pediatric products for neonatology, psychiatry, dermatology, neurology, and urology) exclusive North American rights to its Orapred product line for respiratory diseases in children. The line includes the marketed drug Orapred and the Orapred ODT orally disintegrating tablet, which is expected to launch in the second half of 2006.
