Executive Summary
Solvay Pharmaceuticals, the US subsidiary of Belgium's Solvay SA, has licensed Jazz Pharmaceuticals (neurological disorders) US rights to its marketed selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor Luvox (fluvoxamine maleate) and Luvox CR, an extended-release version of the drug that is US awaiting approval.
