Executive Summary
CVRx (developed the Rheos Baroreflex Hypertension Therapy implantable system) has raised $65mm through the closing of its Series D venture round. Johnson & Johnson Development Corp. led the financing and was joined by new backer BBT Fund and current investors New Enterprise Associates, Thomas Weisel Healthcare Venture Partners, InterWest Partners, ABS Ventures, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, and SightLine Partners.
