Executive Summary
Laboratorios Almirall SA (mainly respiratory/pulmonary, CNS, and immune system disorder therapeutics) completed an 8mm share IPO on the Spanish Stock Exchange at a price of €14 apiece, netting about €102mm ($137mm) and valuing the company at about €2.3bn. The oversubscribed offering took place in three tranches and selling shareholders offered an additional 37.3mm shares
