Executive Summary
Intercell AG (infectious disease vaccines) has licensed GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals SA rights to its transdermal patch vaccines for traveler's diarrhea (TD) and pandemic flu. GSK also received a license to use Intercell's patch technology for the Big Pharma's marketed vaccines in multiple indications.
