Executive Summary
After netting $19mm from three investors last month, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (urology and oncology) has now netted $9.5mm, this time through a registered direct offering to two existing investors. The company sold 1.7mm common shares at $5.83 (an 11% premium) and also issued 90-day warrants to buy 857k shares at the same price. Rodman & Renshaw was the placement agent.
