Executive Summary
In its first European takeover since cancer company Zeneus Pharma in 2005, Cephalon will acquire Switzerland's Mepha AG for CHF622.5mm ($586.5mm), or approximately 1.6 times the sales that the private generics producer achieved in 2009.
