Executive Summary
To diversify the patient offerings in its MedSurg Equipment division, Stryker Corp. has acquired its privately held OEM partner Gaymar Industries for $150.6mm in cash. Gaymar makes therapeutic pressure management surfaces for wound care and temperature management products for use in home and acute or long-term care facility settings.
