Executive Summary
Chinese consumer health care company Minsheng Pharmaceutical and Sanofi Aventis have agreed to form a JV in China that will be mainly focused on vitamins and mineral supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Sanofi will hold a majority stake in the new entity.
