Cameron Health brings in $107mm in Series F venture funding

Executive Summary

In one of the largest medical device venture rounds in history, Cameron Health Inc. (subcutaneous implantable defibrillator) has raised $107mm in Series F funding. Alloy Ventures and Delphi Ventures co-led the financing and were joined by all of the company’s previous investors, including Boston Scientific Corp., PTV Sciences, Three Arch Partners, Sorrento Ventures, and Versant Ventures. The money will be used to complete FDA submission in the US and broaden the international marketing of the S-ICD defibrillator system. The company has raised about $300mm to date.
