One year after merging with Osmetech and subsequently completing its initial public offering on Nasdaq, GenMark Diagnostics Inc. (eSensor multiplexed molecular diagnostics platform) has netted $28.1mm through a follow-on public offering of 7.1mm shares at $4.25.
