Just about a week after making an investment in women’s health devices through the $65mm purchase of IoGyn, Boston Scientific Corp.’s latest acquisition is in cardiology: it paid $415mm (including fees for transitional services) to buy Bayer HealthCare LLC’s interventional device business.
