Pacira Pharmaceuticals Inc. agreed to acquire private pain device company MyoScience Inc. Upon deal closing, Pacira will change its name to Pacira BioSciences Inc. and MyoScience will operate as a subsidiary of Pacira under the name Pacira CryoTech Inc.
