Executive Summary
Guidant Corp. will co-promote the Cypher sirolimus-eluting coronary stent developed by J&J's Cordis Corp. The two cardiovascular specialists also agree to jointly develop a Cypher stent that will use Guidant's delivery system, Multi-Link Vision.
