Endo Pharmaceuticals (prescription brand and generic pain drugs) has acquired RxKinetix (reformulates existing drugs using polymer drug delivery systems) for $20mm up front and up to $95mm in earn-outs for development and regulatory milestones. RxKinetix becomes a wholly owned subsidiary.
