Executive Summary
Bayer AG sold Leo Pharma AS its global prescription dermatology business, including 450 employees. (The business is assumed to be the former Intendis division, later renamed Dermatology Inc. and absorbed into Bayer HealthCare LLC.) The deal excludes rights to the products in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Bayer’s OTC dermatology portfolio (which contains Bepanthen, Canesten, and others) is also not part of the agreement.
