Actavis divests Aptalis Pharmatech business to TPG

Executive Summary
Actavis PLC divested the Aptalis Pharmatech Inc. business to TPG. Actavis purchased Forest in February 2014 and Forest had bought Aptalis Holdings Inc. earlier that year (incidentally, TPG had owned Aptalis since 2007). The current deal doesn’t include other Aptalis businesses, which will remain with Actavis. The Aptalis business was renamed Adare Pharmacueticals.
