Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Niagara University, and a Master of Library Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University.

Karen is the Head of Editorial Operations for In Vivo, Pink Sheet, Scrip and Generics Bulletin working with a global team of expert, experienced and respected journalists. She qualified as a pharmacist in South Africa in 2000 where she worked in retail and hospital settings before relocating to the UK in 2002. Karen spent nine months working for the NHS in a variety of hospital pharmacy settings, including Moorfields Eye Hospital. In December 2002 she joined IMS Health (now IQVIA), analyzing patent expiries and generic drug launches in 26 major and emerging markets. Karen joined Informa in 2009, leading a team of analysts publishing Strategic reports covering numerous aspects of the Pharma and Medtech industries. She has held a number of management and leadership roles over the years, ensuring the successful delivery of product enhancements and consolidation, and process improvements, working closely with Editorial, Technical and Commercial teams. |
