DiaSorin SPA acquired the Focus Diagnostics Inc. molecular and immunoassay business from Quest Diagnostics Inc. for $300mm, all in cash. Through the transaction, DiaSorin will quickly make its entrance into the molecular segment and strengthen its US market access.
