Pharma’s Social Media Experiments Tap Enthusiasm, Await Regulatory Guidance
The pharmaceutical industry is beginning to experiment with social media in the hopes of seeing increased commercial traction in an ever more fragmented marketplace, but it faces challenges as it attempts to tap patient and caregiver enthusiasm for social media, in a climate of poorly delineated regulation.
