Batesville, Indiana-based Hillenbrand Industries, a medical device manufacturer and supplier of healthcare services, has appointed three health provider experts to complete its board of directors. It is expected that Ronald Malone (chairman, CEO, Gentiva Health Services), Jose Mejia (consultant, tech sourcing and supply chains), and Patrick Ryan (CEO, PolyMedica) will serve on the board of Hill-Rom, one of the firm's two operating companies, when it is made independent.
